CBD (cannabidiol) is sourced from the Cannabis sativa plant, otherwise known as hemp. It contains over 80 chemicals. Ultimately, CBD does not contain THC - the part of hemp plants that causes more intense reactions in the brain, otherwise known as a “high”.
